THE BODY SHOP VITAMIN E SINK IN MOISTURE SLEEPING MASK REVIEW

Heard of a sleeping mask? It's a skincare product that I mostly came in contact with in Korean brands and I'm really glad I received The Body Shop Vitamin E Sink In Moisture Sleeping Mask as my Christmas present - all my friends know that I am a beauty/skincare junkie and knew I was going to review this on here. The Body Shop Vitamin E range is one of my favourite lines that The Body Shop has and I did not realise they had a sleeping mask until now.

Putting on a face mask is pampering most days but when you are exhausted and don't have the energy to pop on a sheet mask that slips and slides, this is the perfect solution. Now the formula is almost jellylike and looks and feels like a thick cream. It is recommended to apply a thick layer of this before you sleep and after you wake your skin will feel replenished and very much hydrated. The packaging of this is quite simple in a tub and looks the same as their other products in the entire line. There is a slight scent which is strong if you are not used to the Vitamin E range.

VERDICT

I absolutely love this Sleeping Mask, it is really easy to apply and spread across your skin. I do recommend applying a little and then add more if you feel you need more hydration. It almost has a cooling effect as my room is pretty cold and feels good on your skin especially after a hot bath. It's a little stickier than your normal night cream but as a sleeping mask, it keeps your skin hydrated throughout the whole night.

My skin always feels hydrated, plumped and restored and much easier to apply my makeup on in the morning after using the sleeping mask. I have been loving this and use this after my Vitamin E Hydrating Toner. I do recommend this if you are looking for a hassle-free mask and I skip my 10 step routine when I use this. Sleeping masks are meant to be washed off in the morning so remember to fully clean your face with water in the morning. For £11 a tub I think this is fantastic price and will last you ages since I've barely made a dent.

I hope you've enjoyed this review and found it helpful!

Until next time!

  1. I've never used an overnight mask but I've always been so interested in them! TBS is quite a safe brand so maybe this can be the first one I try xx
