ON ME : NUDE EMBRACE |
First of all, don't mind the TV in the background, my little brother was watching TV in my bed since it's still the summer holidays. Back to the lipstick, I have really pigmented lips, therfore I only stick to nude shades that are similar or close to my natural colouring, but as Nude Embrace is so pigmented has had a brown undertone it covered all. This is a nude shade that will suit everyone.
ON ME : CRAVING CORAL |
Like all coral lipsticks that I have had, they all lean towards the neon side, I found this to be a bit bright hence describing it as neon. I wore this for work yesterday and the staying power is incredible, it will feel dry as it is a matte formula, but it's very comfortable to wear to wear throughout the day. The lipstick does transfer a little, therefore I blot after application. The colour will stain your lips but it is easy to remove and wears off when you eat.
ONE ME: SIREN IN SCARLET |
Siren in the Scarlet is a classic red colour, which I have not worn out yet. however with all the postives from the other shades, I'm sure this will not disappoint either, Siren in Scarlet does stain your lips too and leaves a slight pink colour.
ON ME: DIVINE WINE |
Divine Wine is my favourite shade. I was smiling as I put it onto my lips, not only did the colour make my teeth extremely white. I received soo many compliments from girls and boys. I would describe Divine Wine as a dark red, suitable for those Autumn/Winter season to come, but I wore it to work anyways. I hope Maybelline makes this into a permanent collection and add more shades!
Love the colour of 'Divine Wine'

I've got Divine Wine too, but I was really disappointed on how quickly it came off... any tips on how to get it to stay on longer?
ReplyDeleteUse a lipliner, I always use the Etude house lipliner in shade 4 for more longevity on any bright colour lipsticks, I think rimmel has some really good options too, hope this helps x
