I recently wore this to a little outing to return some of the things I have bought recently and I absolutely adore what I wore! It was a little nippy outside but I was shopping indoors, therefore no need for all those layers. May I add how good my camera on my phone is, 20 megapixels of goodness! 

Okay, back to the outfit; I whipped together my light khaki utility shirt with river island faux leather leggings, to keep it comfy. Slip on white trainers which are the comfiest footwear, and my Anita & Green print coat and a small bag to keep my hands free.

My first official winter look that I put together after picking up this beautiful green coat from Topshop and a few recent items featured in The Wardrobe Edit #3. When I first tried this coat on, and left the store without it, I couldn't get it out of my mind. So like all people do I bought it in the next 2 days - it's one of those regret it feelings that I had and I knew I would love this piece for the next season. 

The coat has a slim line detail and is a perfect length for me, reaching mid thighs ( I am 5, 5"), and is a build able piece to add more layers without the coat looking bulky - I can already see myself wearing this outfit walking through the Xmas markets (a bit early- I know) adding a jumper underneath and a hat & gloves. A small black shoulder bag, just to carry your necessities to free up your hands to slip into the deep pockets for warmth or to carry your coffee or tea round.

I had so much fun shooting this with my friend avoiding cars every time I stepped onto the road, and spent the day eating junk, homemade burgers, oven fries (which is the best!) and watching films and playing with make -up! Which is the most fun I have had since being ill for about 5 days now on my week off from work :(. I've stayed at home and I am watching PPL (I've just started) and now I'm planning to start a bath, since I can't get warm. Aside from all that I hope you have a lovely week!

THE WARDROBE EDIT #3

Welcome to THE WARDROBE EDIT relating to new additions in my wardrobe.

Another month has past therefore it's time to see what I have accumulated and bought over the last month. The Wardrobe Edit #1 is available to read here and Edit 2 here. 

H&M SCARF 

First of all, bringing into my autumn/winter wardrobe, I picked up this soft grey fringed scarf from H&M, I though it would be nice stepping away from the black scarves that I have. This retails for £12.99 which is extremely affordable available in many different colours too.

Secondly I picked up this emerald green coat from Topshop which is £59, a very decent price for a coat, I love the colour (my favourite), the clean silhouette and the deep pockets. You can wear the coat with the collar tipped upwards as it has a grey lining giving your outfit some dimension. This is also available in many different colours.

KHAKI UTILITY OVERSHIRT 

You would of thought I would of had enough of Khaki greens, but no, I found this denim jacket from Miss Selfridge in the sale from £39 reduced to £20, this was exactly something I was looking for as I lack a khaki/camo jacket in my wardrobe. You can wear this buttoned up or open as I have here.

HIGH NECK WITH SHORT SLEEVES

Next, I picked up this emerald/teal green high neck top from Asos in their recent sale. The half sleeves and high neck makes this piece extremely classic suitable to dress up such as dinner parties. This was £7.50 from £25.

Also from the Asos sale, I picked up a River Island piece, a over the shoulder top in a oxblood colour which has splits on the sleeves and gold button detailing. This was £12 reduced from £24.

From H&M, I found this piece in the sale, it is not winter or autumn appropriate but I just love the colour and the print, and it was my size, so it was meant to be. These would look lovely in the summer, so it's just going to be packed away for now. (who says you can't buy summer clothes in the autumn/winter?)

One of the last clothing pieces I picked up was some high waisted black ripped jeans from Asos, I don't own a pair of ripped jeans and you can not go wrong with high waisted jeans. These were £17.50 from £35.

Going to the shoes, I picked up two pairs this month, the first one being a River Island piece from Asos  . This is a summer sandal however the colour is just beautiful, a pastel blue colour which would look amazing with an all white outfit (i have a vision haha). The diamanté and silver detail of the sandal is really simple and classic, which would look lovely in the summer months which is quite far away right now, these were £42 reduced to £12.50.

In my recent OCTOBER BIRCHBOX I received the Beaver Professional Nutritive Shampoo and conditioner to test out. The Beaver Hydro Nutritive series contains amino acids and vitamins with 16 kinds of vital amino acids to repair damaged hair and prevent hair breakage.

Yes, this is a very overdue quick outfit post, which I have not done since the weather has turned colder. Basically what I wore is all new except the fringed scarf which is quite old - I always wear a scarf as I feel cold most of the time and it covers my long neck. Yesterday which is when we took these photographs, I went to have my sushi fix from St. Sushi  - which is somewhere YOU need to go. The Fruity Crab is fresh, crunchy and different as it contains apples - Yes! apples. My favourite sushi dish ever!. The rest of the day consisted of sale shopping, browsing and taking a few snaps.
