LIGHT KNIT

It's that time of the year where I am shopping for knits, winter coats and new makeup, it's feeling brisk but the sun is sure playing questions on us hence the sunglasses - it also helps to cover the fact I have no eyeliner since I have forgotten it while I am staying with my sister.

SEPTEMBER FAVOURITES

September has come around fast not long and it's going to Halloween and then Christmas after. It starting to get a lot colder with the dramatic drop in temperature and I personally have been shopping for a lot of winter gear and start searching for Christmas gifts.

MORE KAT VON D BEAUTY

Everybody seems to be on a Kat Von D hype at the moment since the collection is widely available on Debenhams. I was one of those ones who couldn't wait and purchased the London Calling Set and now I've purchased a small subscription from Love Me Beauty which had different shades and different products.

LAST OF THE LAST

Who's ready for Autumn? I'm sure it's going to be one of the last times that I will be showing off the shoulders. I'm preparing to bring out the fluffy socks as I type since my room is very cold. It definitely has been a long summer for me - I've been to Hong Kong for a wedding in May and went to South Korea in June and it's been ones of my best holidays yet. I can't wait for next summer so I'm going to say goodbye to Summer now since most of us are very excited for autumn. ( I'm thinking off all the Halloween candies although I don't like Halloween since I am a scaredy cat and don't like dressing up.)

BEAUTY SKINCARE WISHLIST*

I'm always adamant about changing your skin care products since your skin can get used to the product and not make any effect.  As a skincare lover as you, all know I have a vigorous routine and go through quite a few products from face creams to serums. I'm always on the market searching for products that I want to try out and I always invest in my skincare more than my makeup since you need a good base to have good makeup.

 I am always trying out new products especially skincare and makeup products. So this is an update to keep you on track with me on how I am getting along with some of the new goodies that I just started using. I swap around face products a lot since I directly apply that on my face and I like having options for different skin needs.

LAST RAYS

It's officially Autumn but we still have the odd day that still feels like Summer. I'm not so much a Summer person, I like the warmth but I'm not a fan of the sun beating down on my forehead or the feeling of my makeup melting. I can't wait to start shopping for lots of heavy knits, scarves and new winter clothes in the next few weeks.

THE EVERYDAY MAKEUP MENU

Welcome to the Everyday Makeup Menu - it's basically everything that I can possibly put on my face on a daily basis. Rather than a 'How much is my face worth?' tag I decided on this one since I rarely change my must haves products. All these items are a firm favourite of mine and products that I am currently trying in my daily makeup routine.

HEROES - SEPTEMBER BIRCHBOX

I was very excited when I came home to see this sitting on my bed. Birchbox is the only monthly subscription that I subscribe to as they introduce me to new brands and new products for a price of £12.99 a month. This month's theme is called 'heroes' which celebrates the heroic women - me and you.

THE AUTUMNAL EDIT

Autumn is here and I am ready to break out the bolder and brighter lipsticks. For Autumn I always lean towards rusty oranges, deep wine reds and vivid metallic coppers . These are the selection that I will be rotating in the coming months and all have a firm place in my makeup collection. Are you ready for Autumn? 

AUGUST FAVOURITES

It's the beginning of September, therefore time for favourites. This month favourites have been a palette overload and me reaching back into my lipstick collection, picking up colours that are bolder and brighter and also a new skincare product that I have been loving.

LAST MINUTE

Who else leaves things to last minute? My brother enrolled into college after getting his GCSE results and I am soo proud of him but he is soo unorganised. We needed a lot of files, pens, papers and even clothes - because he is the type of person that hates shopping. We had a very successful day and picked up everything he needed.
