It's been a hot minute since I have been posting, I took a break while my sister, niece and brother in law came to visit from Hong Kong and I went to London and Manchester with them. I didn't want to force myself into creating bad content and the need to be on social media constantly, I love blogging but I really needed that time off to bond with my family and I'm so happy that I did it. I was very excited when I came home to see this sitting on my bed. Birchbox is the only monthly subscription that I subscribe to as they introduce me to new brands and new products for a price of £12.99 a month. This month's theme is called 'heroes' which celebrates the heroic women - me and you.

AUGUST 'DIVE IN' BIRCHBOX 2016

Welcome to my monthly Birchbox where I share the goodies that are picked out for me to try and test out. Birchbox is a monthly subscription which is tailored to you introducing new brands and products. This month's Birchbox contains 6 products and is called 'Dive In' which are products that allow you to go from the beach to the bar.

JULY NEVER ENDING SUMMER BIRCHBOX 2016

Another month, another Birchbox. Birchbox is a monthly beauty box subscription with 5-6 products tailored to you for £12.99 (+P&P) a month with new products and new brands. It's always exciting to receive parcels especially when it's a box of beauty goods. This month's Birchbox is called 'Never Ending Summer'.

JUNE BIRCHBOX

Birchbox is the only monthly subscription that I have stuck around with. They introduce new products that allows me to sample the beauty market. This month's Birchbox features a palm tree design with 5 products featuring makeup must haves to body care. You also had the option to purchase Quay Australia sunglasses which was delivered with your box. 

MAY BIRCHBOX

Birchbox never disappoints. I was introduced to Spectrum Collection back in February and I know own two sets of their brushes - the 10 piece essential and the 8 piece eye essential set. This month I received another Spectrum Collections item; Unicorn Tears Wonder Sponge. I  had the option to select which colour I would like; lilac or pink. I already own the Beauty Blender, - so to not get them mixed up I selected lilac. I received 5 other products this month.

APRIL EDITION BIRCHBOX

This month it's a Birchbox X Rifle Paper Co collaboration. The packaging of this box is honestly beautiful and the floral remind me of the summer months to come. I received 5 items in this box.

MARCH BIRCHBOX

This month's Birchbox concept is 'Word Up' - to help 'us' find the ultimate discovery. I received 3 full fize products and 3 samples featuring products from haircare to make-up.

FEBRUARY BIRCHBOX

Happy Chinese New Year everyone!! I'm soo excited to celebrate the New Year again!! I wish you all to have good health, happinesses, fortune and fantastic job prospects for this lunar year!! And back to the post: 'shine bright like a diamond' is this months Birchbox concept, all to do with Birchbox launching their own in-house make up line starting with shadow sticks. We received an email earlier on to select which shade we wanted in our February Birchbox with the choice of a silver shade called Champagne Problems or the golden shade called Perfect Cents.

This past month I have tried to put a ban on spending, but I bought things that I couldn't miss out on, plus I had to stock up on a few items that I use everyday - so that doesn't count. I have to say I am quite pleased with myself since I have not been crazy spending especially the crazy after Christmas sales.

It feels like forever since I done a Birchbox post, so much festivities have happened in the last month. Getting straight into the box, this month's Birchbox is a collaboration with Pinterest so you receive some cute illustrated postcards and 6 products which include a bonus item of a compact mirror.
