Welcome back!, quite a lot has changed since you last been on here. I officially have my own domain www.joycelauofficial.com and I have changed my blog layout - it's not all 100% yet, but I'm slowly working it out with the designer so it will be up and running perfectly. Your probably thinking looking at the outfit  'what the hell is wrong with me?' but honestly last week it was all sunshine and rainbows, but we have a snow storm. Let me repeat a snow storm.

KIKO LONG LASTING EYESHADOW COLLECTION

Everyone knows that I have an undying love for Kiko's Long Lasting Eyeshadow sticks and I do have quite a collection, so I wanted to show what shades I own. The Kiko Long Lasting Eyeshadow Sticks are very long lasting as the name suggests, with build-able colour depending the depth you prefer your eyeshadows to be.

I recently went to visit my sister who lives in Huddersfield and decided to pop along to Manchester simply because I want Taco Bell - I have been on a crazy Mexican food binge. I didn't buy much in Manchester but I went along to the NYX Cosmetics stand in Boots since the one in Newcastle does not open until the 10th of May. I wanted to pick up some of the Lip Lingerie but they weren't available.

It was one of them days that felt like a lazy Sunday but turned very blog productive. I sat outside with a towel on the ground, my laptop typing and editing the afternoon away. Too much sun makes you feel very exhausted and I ended up having an early night.

Talking about the weather is a classic British trait, so here we go. April showers means we always need to carry an extra jacket or scarf, sunglasses and an umbrella. For me I have been layering up my jackets - I'm the type of person that would be rather too hot than too cold. 

COHORTED APRIL EDITION

Cohorted have definitely stepped up their game, I received my beauty box that fits nicely in the parcel packaging. Needless to say I am impressed with my April Edition, they have introduced new brands for me to try out and items that I do not yet own.

APRIL EDITION BIRCHBOX

This month it's a Birchbox X Rifle Paper Co collaboration. The packaging of this box is honestly beautiful and the floral remind me of the summer months to come. I received 5 items in this box.

GREEN BOMBER, GREEN COAT

It is too cold. We are in Spring and we are experiencing all the different weather changes in one day - sun, rain, wind, hailstone - you name it. I'm finding it difficult to wear lighter items without layering up. It does allow you to carry on wearing your winter items, but its been a few months and I can't wait to introduce my summer pieces.

B. CONFIDENT BLEMISH SERUM REVIEW

I picked the B. Confident Blemish Serum quite a while ago and I have finished the bottle. The serum is to help prevent breakouts, minimise appearance of pores, control shine and help combat redness. This is suitable for vegetarians and vegans. I breakout depending on my diet, I have larger pores on my cheek area, oily skin and redness around my nose. This is targeted for people in their late 20's to help protect the first signs of ageing. I'm not quite at that age bracket yet, but I do have some fine lines around my eyes and for what it's made to prevent, I need right now.

MARCH FAVOURITES

It is officially April and time to share my March Favourites, I bought a lot of make-up in March and most of them have made it into my favourites. I have been experiencing a whole new level of oily skin last month since I stopped using a certain serum and I have changed my night-time routine slightly.

Hope you guys had a great couple of days off and had loads of Chocolate. I've been busy resting my feet since they've decided to swell up - I''ve hurt a nerve in my feet, so I've been walking around with sore legs and a limp which is unfortunate. Bad news aside, I am soo excited for my Birthday next Friday (7th April). I persuaded my little sister to get me the Muji Acrylic Draws as my present to store my lipsticks and they are looking good!.
