THE WARDROBE EDIT #9

Welcome to THE WARDROBE EDIT relating to new additions in my wardrobe.

Another month has past therefore it's time to see what I have accumulated and bought over the last month. The Wardrobe Edit series is available to read hereThis month's THE WARDROBE EDIT contains some patterned and muted pieces for the spring weather - used for layering up in cold April. And see how I have styled up some of these pieces below.

RIVER ISLAND BOMBER JACKET
FEELIN' BLEAK OUTFIT POST
I was having one of those 'I must own' moments when I popped into River Island for a quick browse. This jacket ended up in the sale which I picked up immediately, along with another one below. It has a very intricate embroidery detail along the front panels of the jacket and is quite light. See how I have styled up the jacket here.

RIVER ISLAND BOMBER
GREEN BOMBER, GREEN LAYER OUTFIT POST
Another 'I must own' item is this vibrant patterned bomber which sports a tribal design, I thought this looks great as a light summer piece, just for that extra breezy day, See how I have styled this jacket here with April Showers in mind.

I'm not a person that jumps onto the Missguided website often, I find that some of the pieces are just a bit too 'plungey' and not me. When they sent me an email saying they had 50% off site wide, I just had to pop on and have a look. I saw these on the Asos website too, which I constantly stalk on the 'NEW IN' section. The top has a wrap front detail and has a asymmetrical hem longer at the back and shorter at the front. I have constantly been wearing these, which I'm sure you are going to get sick of. See some outfit inspiration below.

BLAZER & BLUE DENIM
DESTROYED DENIM & WRAP TOP
MISSGUIDED TEE
I love my basic items and I needed a new one since my white tees no longer look white. This t-shirt has a V front and back, is very soft to touch too. I've worn this top under my layered River Island bombers.

Lastly, a faux suede wrap skirt from River Island. I'm not much of a skirt/dress person, but I really liked the length of this and the colour, the hem reaches to the top of my knees, which I think is long enough. This was in the sale for £17.

That's all for this post, what have you bought recently? Until next time!
