Black Friday seems like is was ages ago and that is when I went a little wild with all the awesome offers they had on - I placed 3 separate orders and like my previous Colourpop Haul and the Morphe Brushes X Kathleen Lights palette, I used a forwarding service to get my goodies which I have explained in my previous post.

December has been a whirlwind, hope you've all had a wonderful Christmas and are excited for the new year. December has bee a fun month, I've been experimenting with a lot more colours and have been enjoying my new bits and pieces.

I am a skincare junkie, you probably know this by now with my extensive 10 step skincare routine. Today I'm sharing the 5 moisturisers that I am currently using - I change up my moisturisers quite often depending on how much hydration my skin needs.

WEEK IN LIPSTICKS #1

We all own so many lipsticks and then we keep on purchasing more because it is simply never enough. These have been my favourites that I have been using non-stop last week - they are majority are newer to my lip collection and I presumably will be using these non-stop until I go through my lip drawers or when my Colourpop order arrives.

I love trying new foundations and when I found out there was an affordable one on the market, I immediately bought it. This is the L.A Girl Pro Coverage HD High Definition Long Wear Illuminating Foundation, I purchased this off  BeautyBay and selected the shade Fair.

VANITY DECOR

I feel like it's time to update my vanity/ blog photograph taking place. As you know my favourite colour is green so I really wanted to incorporate green into this area. I have been reorganising a lot  and I just need my vanity/blog photo taking area to be set up and in place all the time.

I am a huge fan of Kathleen Lights on Youtube and when they announced (it was leaked) that they were collaborating on an eyeshadow palette I knew I must own it. I am a lover of warm shades and eye shadow palettes and this palette is beautiful.

I am no longer a Colourpop Virgin! I have been dying to get my hands on some Colourpop products and always chicken out because of shipping charges and the possibility of getting a huge customs tax. 4 PRODUCTS TO HELP WITH MAKEUP / DRY SKIN OVER THE WINTER

My skin has been acting up these past few weeks since it's become a lot colder. I have more dry patches and flaky skin symptoms and there is only so much skincare I can apply before my makeup and I put a lot of skincare on if you know my skincare routine. Welcome to November the cold weather definitely reminds us to keep warm . I am a home body so there is no chance that you will be hearing me leaving the house to venture out on a wild night. The cold reminds us of items that we need to buy to keep warm and to be comfortable. HAIR PRODUCTS & TIPS FOR SENSITIVE SCALP

I am all around a sensitive skin person, whether it comes to scent or skin, I easily break out due to slight weather changes or stress. I have had sensitive scalp for a very long time but I chose to ignore it and carried on with products that work well with restoring moisture and volumizing my hair.

YELLOW AUTUMN

What a cold day, I've been ill recently - I've been constantly tweeting how miserable I am over on twitter so send me some love since I still have the sniffles and sound like I'm wearing a Darth Vader mask. While I have a face mask on (haha) I thought I might as well make this blog post with the photos that I took today. Let me tell you it's freezing, my room is arctic and I am sitting in my onesie.

CURRENT FAVOURITE BODY AND HAND CREAMS

I love my skincare and I always forget to moisturise my body. It's getting a lot colder, therefore, my skin is becoming a lot drier due to the change in weather especially my legs. I like using a good thick cream that sinks into the skin quickly and leaves my skin feeling hydrated the next day. I have 2 body creams and 2 hand creams to share.

DENIM DEETS

Happy Friday, the weekend is eventually here. I have been loving knitwear paired with denim - especially now since it feels like we have hit artic. Not going to lie I have worn my big bulky winter coat today and I'm so glad I did or I would of frozen. 

MINIMAL MAKE UP

Not every day that we want to pile on the makeup especially on our stay indoor days or no makeup day. I feel that makeup just starts the day off and prepares you for anything so you are more productive. Sometimes I do find that my no make-up days actually take more effort and time than my normal makeup routine but I need to master that. I have tried to use the least amount of products for a no makeup menu resulting to 7 products.

A LIL' RUST

I mentioned in my last fashion post that I have been buying quite a few things especially jumpers, I have purchased 3 which I think I am going to get a lot of use out of this autumn/winter with the existing jumpers I have.

Payday happened, therefore, I have been shopping a tiny bit. I ran out of my Gerard Cosmetics Slay All Day Setting Spray, therefore, picked up some more from BeautyBay and a few other bits. I went to Leeds last week and started Christmas Shopping especially within Boots and I picked up a few bits but I won't be sharing them until closer to Christmas.

MORPHE BRUSHES 35F PALETTE UK SWATCHES AND REVIEW

I'm soo excited to share this post with you today. As you know I got my hands on the cult 350 Morphe Palette and the 35F is the palette that I wanted next to fulfil my Morphe dream. I've shared in my Morphe 350 Palette post where to get your hands on this palette in the UK and the links remain the same which I will list below. I purchased mine off GlamSaidey this time since the timing was right, there's been a couple of restocks since too. This palette is the perfect palette for Autumn as the name suggests 'Fall into Frost'.

LIGHT KNIT

It's that time of the year where I am shopping for knits, winter coats and new makeup, it's feeling brisk but the sun is sure playing questions on us hence the sunglasses - it also helps to cover the fact I have no eyeliner since I have forgotten it while I am staying with my sister.

SEPTEMBER FAVOURITES

September has come around fast not long and it's going to Halloween and then Christmas after. It starting to get a lot colder with the dramatic drop in temperature and I personally have been shopping for a lot of winter gear and start searching for Christmas gifts.

MORE KAT VON D BEAUTY

Everybody seems to be on a Kat Von D hype at the moment since the collection is widely available on Debenhams. I was one of those ones who couldn't wait and purchased the London Calling Set and now I've purchased a small subscription from Love Me Beauty which had different shades and different products.

LAST OF THE LAST

Who's ready for Autumn? I'm sure it's going to be one of the last times that I will be showing off the shoulders. I'm preparing to bring out the fluffy socks as I type since my room is very cold. It definitely has been a long summer for me - I've been to Hong Kong for a wedding in May and went to South Korea in June and it's been ones of my best holidays yet. I can't wait for next summer so I'm going to say goodbye to Summer now since most of us are very excited for autumn. ( I'm thinking off all the Halloween candies although I don't like Halloween since I am a scaredy cat and don't like dressing up.)

BEAUTY SKINCARE WISHLIST*

I'm always adamant about changing your skin care products since your skin can get used to the product and not make any effect.  As a skincare lover as you, all know I have a vigorous routine and go through quite a few products from face creams to serums. I'm always on the market searching for products that I want to try out and I always invest in my skincare more than my makeup since you need a good base to have good makeup.

 I am always trying out new products especially skincare and makeup products. So this is an update to keep you on track with me on how I am getting along with some of the new goodies that I just started using. I swap around face products a lot since I directly apply that on my face and I like having options for different skin needs.

LAST RAYS

It's officially Autumn but we still have the odd day that still feels like Summer. I'm not so much a Summer person, I like the warmth but I'm not a fan of the sun beating down on my forehead or the feeling of my makeup melting. I can't wait to start shopping for lots of heavy knits, scarves and new winter clothes in the next few weeks.

THE EVERYDAY MAKEUP MENU

Welcome to the Everyday Makeup Menu - it's basically everything that I can possibly put on my face on a daily basis. Rather than a 'How much is my face worth?' tag I decided on this one since I rarely change my must haves products. All these items are a firm favourite of mine and products that I am currently trying in my daily makeup routine.

THE AUTUMNAL EDIT

Autumn is here and I am ready to break out the bolder and brighter lipsticks. For Autumn I always lean towards rusty oranges, deep wine reds and vivid metallic coppers . These are the selection that I will be rotating in the coming months and all have a firm place in my makeup collection. Are you ready for Autumn? 

AUGUST FAVOURITES

It's the beginning of September, therefore time for favourites. This month favourites have been a palette overload and me reaching back into my lipstick collection, picking up colours that are bolder and brighter and also a new skincare product that I have been loving.

LAST MINUTE

Who else leaves things to last minute? My brother enrolled into college after getting his GCSE results and I am soo proud of him but he is soo unorganised. We needed a lot of files, pens, papers and even clothes - because he is the type of person that hates shopping. We had a very successful day and picked up everything he needed.

 The Smokey Suede Eye Palette from Ciate X Olivia Palermo is one of my most reached for eye palette and I am ecstatic to own The Smouldering Eye Palette now. I picked this up in T K Maxx and we all love it when we pay a fraction of the price especially when places are selling this at the original RRP.

FIRST IMPRESSIONS: KAT VON D BEAUTY LONDON CALLING LIMITED EDITION SET

We are all eagerly awaiting for the Kat Von D beauty to land at Debenhams in the UK. And if you're reading this you probably pretty excited too! I saw that there was a limited edition set that was launched over the bank holiday weekend. The 'London Calling' which features three favourites in miniature size. These are so cute, and if you like me and are just trying your first Kat Von D items this is a good place to start.

2 MASCARAS AND 2 TOOLS THAT ACTUALLY MAKE MY EYELASHES LONG AND CURLED

I have the typical straight stuck out eyelashes that seem impossible to curl or last till I complete my whole face makeup. And I know it's a pain constantly searching for new mascaras and new tools to achieve curled lashes. These are the mascara and eyelash tools that I use every single day and has been working great for me.

8 PRODUCTS I'VE INTRODUCED TO MY 10 STEP SKINCARE ROUNTINE

We all know that we need to swap between products in order for them to perform at its best since your skin can easily get used to the product and not make any changes. I've talked about my 10 Step Skincare Routine so go and have a read, therefore you won't get confused with all the steps and processes. I will be mentioning the products that I have swapped out so this post will not be huge. If I haven's swapped the product out it indicates that it's still doing my skin good and right now I can't live without it. 

JUST A HINT

It's been one of those weeks where I feel like nothing is going right. I still have conjunctivitis, I fell over at work and had an episode with my cardholder that I thought I lost. Anyways I hope the weekend will be an exciting one!
