FUSE IT
URBANCODE COAT | NEW LOOK KNIT | RIVER ISLAND LEGGINGS | TOPSHOP BOOTS |
Another week is coming to an end, This week, I had a lazy Sunday, where I stayed in bed blogging, scheduling tweets, planning this week's post et cetera, et cetera. On Monday I met up my friend for a burger at Handmade Burger Co - I love the sweet chilli chicken burger so much, and the Cajun onion rings. AMAZING! Followed by a shopping trip, which I did some damage.
This is the outfit that I wore on Monday, and consists up bringing back warmer items for the extremely cold weather. A sleeveless high neck knit, which I wore with a mesh top underneath, my sturdy Topshop boots, River Island faux leggings and a statement jacket, which I featured recently in another post here.
Tuesday consisted all the blogging malarky, taking photographs, editing, watching pretty little liars and then work for the rest of the week until Sunday, where I have planned to travel down to Huddersfield to see my little sister and do some spending in Manchester too.
How has your week been?
Until next time!

BROW PRODUCTS
BROW PRODUCTS |
SOAP & GLORY ARCHERY, ETUDE HOUSE COLOR MY BROWS, MAYBELLINE THE ERASER EYE, BROW BRUSH, MAC CONCEALER BRUSH |
Brows have been a huge thing since Cara Delevingne stepped into the spotlight, and I have been messing with my brows since I was 18, which seems a while ago. My brows are naturally very short, sparse but with thick hairs - so it needs the occasional trim too. The first product I used was HD Brows Eyebrow Powder, which is a quad palette thanks to GlossyBox when I first subscribed.
Since then I have been constantly discovering new products, and these are the products I have stuck to for the past 2 years.

MAKEUP REVOLUTION HAUL |
I have made a rather big MakeUp Revolution order this month, I always put off purchasing because they come out with new products almost weekly, and my purse would definitely not like it.

DRESS WELL, DRESS WARM
SHAWL COLLAR COAT | HIGH NECK MIDI DRESS | BOYFRIEND BEANIE |
Hi guys, this post is a really exciting one! In the past month I have been purchasing less clothing items compared to other months as seen in THE WARDROBE EDIT #4. We are getting closer and closer to Christmas now, and it's time to start Christmas shopping for family and friends (for those who celebrate this season) therefore saving pennies. I was challenged by Boohoo to create a under £40 Winter Warmer Challenge, which is an incredible idea, you don't need to spend loads of £$ in order to look good or keep warm. For this challenge I picked out 3 items.
My number one item that I picked out is a boyfriend beanie*, I've always said that I have a pea head, although I love hats so much I can never wear hats like fedoras or bowler hats, because the wind just blows it right off. A beanie clings to your head so no more hat chasing down the street and allows me step out of my comfort zone and experiment more. It also prevents head cold and is great to cover bad hair days.
The second item is high neck midi dress*. The reason I picked a high neck dress is to keep the neck covereed (obviously) - I have a quite long neck so the cold attacks my neck first, high neck also means you can skip the scarf and still stay cozy, the length of the dress also helps keep out the cold. I chose a grey colour to compliment my beanie.
Lastly was the shawl collar coat*, I spent ages mulling over which one I should get, My friends always say I don't wear enough colour, and this coat injects a lot of life into my wardrobe, the collar is one of my favourite details of the coat as, you can adjust where you want the collar to fall. Another detail I love about the coat is the length, I love longline silhouette in any coat/jacket, it seems like you have a trail wherever you go!.
If you had £40 to spend at Boohoo, what would your most important picks be?
Until next time!

THE WARDROBE EDIT #4 |
URBANCODE COAT | TOP SHOP DRESS |
This month, I have been saving my pennies, digging out my warm winter clothes - long sleeve jumpers and thick sweaters to tackle the weather. But I got sucked in by beautiful jackets, I blame ASOS's emails, therefore introducing a beautiful Urbancode faux fur coat, which I have done a outfit post on here, The coat is a dream!.

The next item is a sale pick up from Topshop, I love the black version which I have seen weeks ago in-store, and knowing me, I love green therefore I ordered this on-line, I'm just waiting on the occasion where I can wear this now. A very short and sweet post.
That's all for THE WARDROBE EDIT #4. What have you bought recently? Leave me a comment! Until next time.

GREY HUE - SLEEVELESS LONGLINE BLAZER
GREY HUE |
HIGH NECK JUMPER, GREY LONGLINE SLEEVELESS BLAZER, BLACK JEANS, ZARA SHOPPER BAG, SENSO SHOES |
It's the time of year when you start pulling out all your sweaters and jumpers from last year, one of my most popular style being a high neck jumper - I have various colours in these jumpers to mix and match my wardrobe. The grey longline blazer is also one of my favourites out of my sleeveless blazer collection as it is made with a thicker warmer fabric, has a soft wool touch feel and look extremely sleek paired with other shirts and jumpers. This outfit is perfect for 'I don't want to wear a coat day' which keeps you extremely warm and looking put together.
Do you have a favourite sleeveless blazer?
Until next time.

WINTER FACE PREP
WINTER FACE PREP |
Since the weather has drastically changed, I have been thinking about products that can help combat and protect my skin against the harsh cold weather. Digging through my draws to see what I have been using last Autumn/Winter I introduce the following products;

NOVEMBER BIRCHBOX
NOVEMBER BIRCHBOX |
It is November already! I felt a bit weird typing that, this year has gone really fast!. This month's Birchbox was in collaboration with Skinny Dip London - a fashion accessory brand, that allowed you the option to purchase a phone case for an extra £4, but since mine is a HTC, I don't think they do phone cases for my phone, any ways back to the products. This month box contains 5 products and a gift.

ATTITUDE - URBANCODE LONGLINE BOMBER
URBANCODE COAT, RARE SHORTS, F21 BOOTS, WHITE V NECK TOP, MICHAEL KORS BAG, TIGHTS, TOPSHOP KHAKI FLUFF BALL KEYRING (similar here) |
Ok I have a problem, I am a outerwear obsessionist - jacket, coats, cardigans - you name it. Needless to say anymore - I got a new jacket. A longline bomber jacket with black and white faux fur panels from a brand called Urbancode. The thing I love about ASOS is that I always discover new brands, that allows me to explore and challenge myself in terms of styling. I really like sharing what I wear on here and inspire people, it makes me rotate my wardrobe around and bring back pieces that have been long lost in the back of my wardrobe. I might go through phases being obsessed with an item - it has happened before, for example my candles addiction last year - but who doesn't like candles right? Getting back onto track - this coat.
I always plan to do something on my days off starting off by applying my make-up because I don't like being cooped up in the house too long, but it was foggy, damp and cold outside, so I quickly put together this outfit. Like most days I stick to my basic staple items- my v neck tee paired with shorts from Rare from quite a while back, tights, Forever 21 thigh high boots and lastly the Urban Code jacket - being quite a statement jacket, I really wanted the jacket to do all the talking, therefore keeping the outfit very monochrome, with the pop of colour being my lipstick - Divine Wine by Maybelline and my newly added accessory from Topshop - a Khaki fluffy ball key ring.
As Winter is slowly kicking in and it's starting to get colder, I would change my v neck tee into a knitted v neck jumper, a woolly hat either a maroon/burgundy or black colour, scarf, gloves, jeans and ankle boots - but that can be for another blog post. I hope you like this outfit as much as I do.
Lots of love and keep warm!
Until next time.
