The Love Me Beauty subscription is £10 + £3.95 for P+P, which is overall more affordable than the London Calling Set. There were only 3 Kat Von D products which is all that I selected which are; Everlasting Liquid Lipstick in Outlaw, Studded Kiss Lipstick in Magick and Ink Liner in Trooper.
The Studded Kiss Lipstick has a beautiful packaging with studded detail and engravement on the top of the lid. Magick is not a colour that I would usually pick since it is cooled toned and reminds me a bit of barbie pink. The formula, however, is pigmented and has long lasting power and also smells wonderful.
The Everlasting Liquid Lipstick has a wonderful formula and it my favourite formula to date. Outlaw is a vivid red shade and is a matte. The liquid lipstick dries quickly on the lips, does not have a tacky feeling, lasts through all food and drink and one swipe is enough pigment for your top and bottom lip. The shade overall is beautiful but can make your teeth look a bit yellow.
Ink Liner in Trooper. I've heard of the Tattoo Liner in Trooper before but not this one and I was a bit confused why they were named differently. It's easy to differentiate now since I've actually used both liners now. Ink Liner has a felt tip applicator whereas Tattoo Liner has a brush applicator. I did have a little difficulty using this eyeliner today and a thin line turned graphic - I'll just have to master this version but I much prefer the Tattoo Liner. They both have good longevity and is also waterproof.
Overall I think it's a great way to test out a makeup product by subscriptions. I'm not subscribed to Love Me Beauty since I'm not always wanting to try out the selected products but once in a while I will go on and pick a few items out. I really like the Everlasting Liquid Lipstick and there will be more Kat Von D posts in the future.
I hope you've enjoyed this post. Until next time!
