Neogen Dermalogy A-Clear Soothing Pink Eraser | Mario Badescu Drying Lotion Dupe?

I swear by the Mario Badescu Drying Lotion that minimises my breakouts overnight. Wanting to try a product more easily available and affordable. I stumbled upon the Neogen Dermalogy A-Clear Soothing Pink Eraser, a brand that I've always wanted to try. Containing salicylic acid and calamine powder, this claims to soothe and calm sensitive skin, exfoliate and control sebum. Similar to the MD Drying Lotion you dip a cotton bud into the dual-layer and dab over your breakouts.
Water, Alcohol Denat., Calamine, Glycerin, Melaleuca Alternifolia (Tea Tree) Leaf Oil, Asiaticoside, Madecassic Acid, Asiatic Acid, Madecassoside, Camellia Sinensis (Green Tea) Leaf Extract, Opuntia Coccinellifera Fruit Extract, Centella Asiatica Extract, Sapindus Trifoliatus Fruit Extract, Camellia Japonica Seed Extract, Camellia Japonica Flower Extract, Citrus Unshiu Peel Extract, Rubus Idaeus (Raspberry) Fruit Extract, Cymbopogon Citratus Extract, Melissa Officinalis Leaf Extract, Vaccinium Angustifolium (Blueberry) Fruit Extract, Citrus Aurantium Dulcis (Orange) Fruit Extract, Carica Papaya (Papaya) Fruit Extract, Camellia Japonica Leaf Extract, Guaiazulene, Panthenol, Glycyrrhiza Glabra (Licorice) Root Extract, Rubus Fruticosus (Blackberry) Fruit Extract, Salicylic Acid, PEG-60 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Trideceth-10, Butylene Glycol, 1,2-Hexanediol, Ethylhexylglycerin

The smell is not as potent as the MD Drying lotion it, however, has the same pink calamine powder. It's easy to dab across your problems areas but if you accidentally touch your face it rubs off. When I wake up in the morning it's no longer on my face. It's not as soothing and calming as the MD Drying Lotion maybe because my skin has gotten used to the more soothing feeling it has on my skin.

Overall the pink eraser didn't do much for me, the MD drying lotion helps reduce my breakouts more mainly because it calms my spots down more and has better staying power. The pink eraser is more gentle and has many more fruit extracts that helps with environmental problems and skin issues but the spot killer award goes to the MD drying lotion.

Have you tried this?
