Do you remove makeup before or while you shower?
From this question, I am on both sides since I apply my cleansing oil and massage the product in and then step into the shower. I then wet my hands and emulsify the product and then wash away with a cloth. At no point do I physically put my face under the hot water as the heat strips away your sebum and dries out your skin.
How often do you exfoliate your face?
How often do you exfoliate your face?
Exfoliating your skin is really important to remove dead skin cells and who wants flaky skin? I personally gently daily exfoliate with a hot cloth cleanser and a muslin cloth but I normally exfoliate every 2 to 3 days. If I am suffering from dry skin I use an exfoliator when I need to.
What kind of exfoliator do you use?
Chemical exfoliators are your acids such as AHA's, BHA's and peeling gels and physical exfoliators are items that have texture such as scrubs. I use to use physical exfoliators but since my acne breakouts, chemical exfoliators are much more gentle for my skin. The Cure Natural Peeling Gel is a great chemical exfoliator that gets rid of what needs to be removed without stripping my skin. I also use this on my body where I get flaky skin.
How often do you moisturise your body?
We spend so much time on our face that we forget about our body. I only moisturise daily when I have some sort of skin problem. (bad - I know) I made it a goal to moisturise daily but I'm lazy and it gets sticky.
Do you use hair oil?
It's not often we talk about hair. I naturally have combination hair. Greasy at the roots and dry at the ends. I hardly apply conditioner to the roots of my hair since it increases the chance of my hair being greasy at the end of the day and I feel conditioner is not enough for the ends of my hair either even though I leave it on for a minute or two. I have been using the L'oreal Elseve Extraordinary Oil in French Rose for a while and it leaves my hair super shiny, smells amazing and hydrated meaning I get fewer flyaways.
I hope you enjoyed this little post! I find it so fun to answer these on Instagram.
