CONTRAST LOOKBOOK
Knowing I was to pray at Lan Tau Island, I wore something a little more sophisticated but easy to travel in as the day consisted with a lot of walking and steps. Although I later got incense residue all over it haha. Click here for my Lan Tau Island travel post.

WHITE SHIRT DRESS, H&M BELT
The outfit contains: a white shift dress paired with H&M black leather belt, H&M black gladiator flat sandals and ASOS backpack.

The white shift dress was purchased from a small boutique in Mong Kok for $200 HKD and is really well made as it does not have that see through effect that you get with most white dresses. The dress also consists of a small mesh detail, a button down front and is extremely light weight suitable for hot humid days.

The H&M black leather belt was a recent purchase as I really needed something to keep my white shorts up. Black is a very versatile colour and the belt is a decent width that can easily go through all belt loops in various trousers/jeans.

H&M GLADIATOR SANDALS, ASOS BACKPACK
The H&M flat gladiator sandals was something I was crazily searching for just before leaving for my holidays, I needed something that had a little heel as it will be more comfortable to walk around in and looked good on me. I had trouble searching for lace up gladiator sandals that ticked all my boxes. Needless to say these were my everyday shoes in Hong Kong and they are my current favourite sandals, the only downside to these are taking them off as I wrap the laces around my calves.

Last year when I visited Hong Kong , I took a New Look White backpack, which was slightly a bit big. This year I purchased this ASOS backpack which I instantly fell in love when I saw it on the website. It a really good size, that fits my camera, my camera lenses, purse, travel holder, and other essentials that I needed throughout the day.
