DUSTER JACKET | GYEONGBOKGUNG PALACE | SOUTH KOREA

Being in South Korea seems a while away now, there have been soo much walking till the point of severe back and leg pain. Shopping in South Korea has been an eye-opening experience with malls opening until 5:30 am. My bank balance currently does not look healthy but would I go to South Korea again? Yes!

South Korea was quite hot with 28 degrees celsius - it's cooler compared to Hong Kong with it's 32 degree temperature  but the sun was beaming down on us at this point as we wanted to explore in the morning and shop at night. I visited Gyeongbokgung on my first official day where we explored one of the places the King and Queen lived. It is very well maintained and are loved by locals - I'll talk more about this scenic place in my travel post to come.

In this outfit I wore a River Island Duster Jacket - the first night I arrived, I did not expect it to be quite cool during the night - so after that I carried a jacket with me everywhere. It is really light to wear and carry around plus it creates a billowing effect when you walk against the wind. It also has a belt which I never use.

I wore a Cami Top from Stradivarius - the material is quite silky/satiny to touch with two layers, I tucked this into my waistband for a more casual look. My most loved Replay Ripped Jeans obviously makes a show in this outfit along with my trust Topshop Sandals. For accessories I had my Quay Australia Sunglasses and New Look Backpack (Black version) which I am in love with.
