Hope your enjoying you Friday so far and are looking forward to the weekend, I'm very excited to see Beauty and The Beast and go through my wardrobe. But back to the post, I'm sure we are all ready to book some holidays up and have a little getaway, I have been planning some trips and I've been on the look out for some Spring/Summer items and these that have caught my eye so far.
When it comes to shoes I either wear trainers, heeled sandals or something that can cover my toes. I have the type of feet that doesn't allow me to wear flats so If I do I always have to put some insoles in. I thought these New Look Cactus Embroidery Motif Espadrille were so cute and I have been looking at them for a while. They are going to be so comfy to walk around all day and the Cactus just calls to me. My other shoe option is the ASOS HONEYCOMB Heeled Sandals, I like a sturdy thick heel which I can walk around in all day, I love the colour of these and how simple it looks, these are going to be breezy in the summer.
Onto accessories, I did want to include some sunglasses in this post but I can't find some that I love, therefore we will get straight to the bag. I chose the Crossbody Bag With Multicoloured Strap from Zara. I love the bright yellow colour and normally when I am on holiday I wear white or light colours so I won't have anything that will clash, it has beautiful silver hardware and great for everyday use. I can't wait for this to arrive.
I personally love playsuits until you need to go to the toilet but I love the pastel green colour from this Missguided Cold Shoulder Plunge Playsuit. What attracted me to the playsuit is the off shoulder detail and ruffles. Last year I got sunburnt on my shoulders so I will definitely be applying more suncream on this area.
Another item that I picked out that has off the shoulder detail is this Top With Off-The-Shoulder Neckline from Zara, last year I picked out a white laser cut version which I absolutely loved but I was drawn to this striped blue colour which I don't have in my Wardrobe, I love how it has a relaxed fit and looks to be very comfortable.
And lastly I chose this co-ord ( ASOS Off Shoulder Linen Top In Tropical Print Co-Ord & ASOS Tropical Floral Print Co-ord Shorts) which has a vibrant tropical print, green is my favourite colour and I love how the prints contrasts, it remind me of a playsuit but it also give you the option to wear it separately such as with a white top or some white denim shorts.
