EVERYDAY SOFT GLAM MAKEUP

I am currently beyond obsessed with a certain eyeshadow palette and what better way to tell you about it than in a makeup post. I do wear eyeshadow and makeup almost every day and these are all the products that I use on a daily basis but with some of the products switched up. I'm calling it an Everyday Soft Glam since I wear it out on a daily basis but you can wear this look for any occasion. (For the super huge selfie, scroll to the bottom)

NO FILTER CONCEALER | COLOURPOP | $6
As you may know, the Colourpop concealer is just okay, I find that when you blend this out is sheers the coverage down so I use this before my foundation to help cover scars and blemishes. If you have this you know that it slightly oxides when it comes out the tube. A lot of people like this concealer under their eyes but it enhances my fine lines so I just keep this for blemishes and sometimes as a highlight. The colour I use is Light Neutral 15 which has a slight pink undertone.

PRO COVERAGE HD ILLUMINATING FOUNDATION | LA GIRL | £11
I have recently gone back to this foundation since the weather has been extremely cold so my skin has been very dry. This is medium to full coverage with a watery texture, I do have oily skin and I do set my foundation down with a powder. This lasts really long for me, I don't see my shine seeping through until about 7 hours wear but it just has a slight dewiness which gives me a healthy glow. My shade in this is fair.

FLAWLESS CONCEALER | ARDERE COSMETICS | £15 (currently £7.50)
This is the concealer that I always go back to since it never fails me. It is full coverage and has a semi-matte finish so it does not look dry under my eyes which I find really important. I normally use the shades 1 and 2 but I have only used shade 1 since shade 2 has hit pan. These concealers are really good and help brightens yours under eyes.

NO COLOUR POWDER | RCMA | £13
This is my go-to powder, I can't remember what I was using before this. I use this to set my entire face and also to bake under my eyes area and around my nose, it does not leave white casts and can help clean up your makeup. The only con is the packaging but I pour it into my loose powder container.

SLAY ALL DAY SETTING SPRAY | GERARD COSMETICS | £16
Yes, I have gone back to the Slay All Day setting spray especially this scent Coconut. It smells amazing and does a really good job of prolonging my makeup and getting rid of that too powdery look. I did switch up to the Urban Decay All Nighter setting spray but it smells like salvia and lingers on my clothes which is disgusting. Slay all day setting spray all the way now!

HOOLA BRONZER | BENEFIT | £24.50
This is a cult favourite and I use Hoola as a contour and also to add warmth to my skin. It's easy to blend and is the perfect shade for me. They do have Hoola Lite for those who are paler.

BLUFF POINT | CIATE | £24 (similar)
This is a collab from Ciate and Oliva Palermo, it has been discontinued but I love the undertone of this, I use this to further bronze my skin for a warmer complexion. It is a duo product but I only reach for the bronzer side which is a matte finish.

ILLUMINATING FACE POWDER | MILANI | £12
Another powder? If you haven't tried an illuminating powder I really do think you're missing out, this pulls the whole look together. It acts as a bronzer, highlight and blush and blends everything seamlessly together. The shade I have is Amber Nectar and I have hit pan,

SHIMMERING SKIN PERFECTOR | BECCA COSMETICS | £15
This is technically a highlight but I use it as a blush. Rose Gold is slightly too dark for me to apply onto my cheekbones as a highlight but it is perfect as a blush, it gives you a glowy rosy complexion and adds that perfect colour to your cheeks.

CITRINE | JOUER COSMETICS |  £19
One of my go-to highlighter that I picked up during Black Friday sales. The pigment of this is intense and a little goes a long way, this is a shimmering gold colour and I use this on the high points of my cheekbones, brow bone, nose bridge and cupid bows.

PRECISION BROW PENCIL | COLOURPOP | $5
I love this brow pencil so much, it helps mimic hair like strokes really well, I picked up the shade Black N Brown and it is a perfect match for my hair. The spoolie on the other end is incredible too and blends your brow and the colour together very well.

EYESHADOW PRIMER | URBAN DECAY | £17
I never wear eyeshadows without using an eyeshadow primer and I have used this one for years now. I've stuck with the original but I might use the other shades that also slightly conceals. An eyeshadow primer really helps for those who have oily eyelids like me and enhance the colour and performance of your eyeshadows.

QUEEN PALETTE | ARDERE COSMETICS | £18*
I have more than enough eyeshadows but when this little beauty arrived on my doorstep I have not stopped using it. At first, it reminded me a lot of the Anastasia Beverly Hills Modern Renaissance palette but if you've read my review of it here you know I'm not a big fan since there are eyeshadows that work 100 times better. This palette is called the Queen palette from Ardere Cosmetics and I have talked about this brand in the past. I still constantly use their Natural to Night palette as well as their Flawless Concealer.

The shades that I have used in this look is called Leader - a matte rusty caramel brown, Love - a matte muted rosy and Rose gold - a glittery rose/pink gold as described. The pigment of these are incredible, it's buttery, smooth and easy to blend. There is a little kick up (same as the Natural to Night Palette) but I expect that from a pigmented shadow. I use Leader all over my eyelid as a transitional colour and then pick up more product to define my crease. I use Love all over my (tiny) lid area and lastly Rose Gold packed on the centre of my eyelid and repeated these steps on my under eye area. This palette is seriously beautiful and I have had so many compliments wearing this looks! The shadows are just insane and I'm in love.

WATERPROOF EYELINER | MCC | £4.60
I received this eyeliner in a beauty box  It is a retractable eyeliner which I use to tight line. It does not smudge or run which is great. It has a little-hidden sharpening on the end too and sometimes I use it to wing my eyeliner out.

TATTOO LINER | KAT VON D | £16
I've recommended this eyeliner to everyone, it makes a winged eyeliner so easy. I stick with trooper since its the blackest of black and it stays on all day. If you have trouble doing winged eyeliner, you should try this one out since the nib is like an extremely thin calligraphy pen.

LASH EXPANDER | MAJOLICA MAJORCA | £13.80
This is a pick me up from Hong Kong and is a fibre mascara that defines and extends my lashes, this is the first mascara that I use to create my lashes since I have tiny lashes and then I go in with another mascara.

PARADISE MASCARA | LOREAL | £11.99
When I first used this mascara I did not enjoy it but a month down the line, it is one of my favourites. I do find the formula a bit wet but I use this as a second mascara to volumize and extend my lashes. My lashes have seriously transformed.

DEMI WISPIES | ARDELL | £4.49 SINGLE or £14.99 for 5 PACK*
I don't always wear false eyelashes but the Ardell Demi Wispies are my favourite, they are fluffy and it's amazing for those days that you want to show off your eyeshadows. Because my eyes are small I do snip a little bit off and I use that hidden false eyelash trick applying it underneath my lashes. Obviously, you really need to practice this method and it's the method I have stuck with for years so your lashes really blend in together and don't look too fake. I normally buy the 5 packs from false eyelashes since it's so much more affordable than picking it up from Boots or Superdrug. Plus its 5 pairs so you won't panic when you think you are about to run out.

LIPPIE STIX | COLOURPOP | $5.50
The Colourpop Lippie Stix are so affordable and Aquarius is my favourite shade. It is a collab with Kathleen Lights and it is the perfect pink nude that I always reach for when I want to wear a gloss on top. Aquarius is a crème finish so it is pigmented and non-drying. Plus it smells like sweet vanilla so you're basically on holiday when you wearing this.

ULTRA GLOSSY LIP | COLOURPOP | $6 (can't find on website :( )
Lychee Me was on my to buy list for so long and I finally have it. It is a beige colour and has a sheer finish, it makes my lips look so glossy and the slight colour just melts together perfectly with the Aquarius lippie stix. It makes me want to wear glossy lips more often and it's perfect for those days when its super cold.
That is all for this super lengthy post! Hope you've enjoyed it. I have really missed blogging!

Until next time!
