Makeup Lately #2

Welcome back to another Makeup Lately, I always forget to post my monthly favourites but as I try so many products it's also hard to include everything, these are the items that I have been reaching for recently.

Back on the eyeshadow bandwagon, I have been playing with a few eyeshadows palettes but my favourite comes down to the Colourpop Double Entendre palette which is a palette that I fully recommend for those who love the warm browns and neutrals, it has beautiful metallic colours and the powders are super blendable and buildable. My favourite shades are Locked & Loaded, Unhibited, Draft and Nip Slip.

For the base, I have been loving the Barry M Unicron Primer Drops which I have just written a review here, it helps prolong my makeup especially where my foundation creases around my nose and overall gives me a very smooth base to work with. For foundation, as I always mix I have been reaching for the NYX Can't Stop Won't Stop Foundation with the L.A. Girl Illuminating Foundation in white, if you are looking for a truly flawless base they create such a fab concoction.

I always wear highlighter and I do reach for quite a few but the one that I have been loving again is the Colourpop Super Shock Cheek in Lunch Money, it creates such a smooth and blinding reflect and is a beautiful icy champagne colour that helps create dimension on the highpoints of your face.

For lips, I have been reaching for two different formulas, the Charlotte Tilbury Hepburn Honey, a satin peachy nude and Guerlain's Rouge G de Guerlain in 01 - a matte rosy nude. These both are everyday colours for me depending on what eyeshadow I am wearing and the condition of the lips. The Rouge G de Guerlain is a little on the drying side so I do like wearing a slight gloss on top.

TOP TO BOTTOM: GUERLAIN DE ROUGE ROSY NUDE | CHARLOTTE TILBURY HEPBURN HONEY

These are all the main makeup products I have been reaching for lately, what products have been in your rotation?

Until next time!

  5. I really want to try the Cant Stop Wont Stop Foundation. Already heard many good things about it. I already matched my foundation shade and I'm shocked to find I'm the 3rd/4th lightest shade rather than the first which shows how good the foundation range is x

  6. CT Hepburn Honey is one of my most used lippies! I wear it everyday at the moment, sometimes mixing it to add a dash of pink!
