Finally finishing a face cleanser means I can test out a new one right?. Happy days right? Oh no, I had a allergic reaction to this and broke out wherever I applied the product.
When I first applied the product onto my face it felt tacky and was tugging onto my skin, but I ignored it, as I thought that's what it's meant to do. I also did not wear make-up that day but I still needed to cleanse my face, my skin became a little pink after I removed the product from my face, but I ignored as it normally happens when I rub/wash my face.
The next morning. DISASTER, I broke out. I have never broken out this bad before, you get your hormonal breakouts every month and occasional 'eating too much bad food' spots, but this was a different scenario - my skin has been the best it's ever been in these last 2 years, and red spots were across my cheeks, chin and forehead, I definitely spent a lot more time to cover these up in the morning, and you can see the spots were bumpy and raised in different lightening.
When I removed my make up, my mum asked me 'What's happened to your face?' Which is definitely not a confidence booster, I love make-up and having a good base therefore good skin is a must.
I hate hate hate leaving bad reviews, but I definitely won't be using the cream either, there's definitely something in there that reacts badly on me. Obviously these are my own opinions, everybody has different skin and different different reactions. It may work for you, but it's a no no for me.
Have you tried this before?
Until next time!
