MARCH FAVOURITES

Welcome back to my monthly faves! I don't have many new products to share since I have been clearing out my collection but I have been changing the techniques I use to apply certain products which I love the result of, plus I'm on a no-buy unless I really need it!

Getting straight to the products. My favourite eyeshadow palette is the Morphe Brushes 25A Copper Spice Palette which consists of 25 shades with 3 different formulas; matte, shimmers and metallics. I love the selection of brown tones and the pigmentation especially the metallics are out of this world. This is overall a really handy palette and is much easier to store compared to their 35 colour palettes. It's light in weight and I love how I can see the colours through the acrylic lid. I have full swatches of all the colours on my blog post here.

Next product is a concealer which I purchased last month, the Bourjois Healthy Mix Concealer. It contains loads of special vitamins for the skin while helping covering blemishes. I love the creamy formula that helps brighten my eyes. I would say it is a buildable light to medium coverage and I love using a beauty blender to work it under my eyes. I did go for the shade Light and it does dry quite fast so you need to work quickly with the product.

The next product is the Milani Powder Blush in Warm Petals, I forgot about this blush for so long enough though it's right under my nose every day. I'm not much of a blush girl so maybe that's why, this has a beautiful coral colour and has slight shimmer, but the shimmer does not show up too much on my skin which I love, this is a beautiful spring blush to have and I can't wait to put this on every morning since it brightens my complexion.

The last product is a highlighter, the ColourPop Super Shock Cheek in Lunch Money- it's one of the lighter shades in the collection. I never really figured out how to use the Super Shock Cheeks since they have a spongy texture but now I been using a damp beauty blender to apply this on my face and it looks smooth and really bring out the pigmentation. This is a lovely light gold colour and a little shimmer, it looks really natural on my skin tone.

That is all for my favourites this month and I've realised I haven't got a favourite lip product but I have been using my products for my 6 Spring Lip Picks. Hope you've had a fantastic March and share your favourites with me.

Until next time!

  3. I definitely need to add Lunch Money to my list because it looks like such a beautiful light highlighter! I was so upset that the Bourjois Healthy Mix lightest concealer was too dark for me so it didn't really work for under my eyes! xx
