3 shimmering blushes for summer

Summer is in full swing and with 'glass skin' being a trend, I have been reaching for more shimmery blushes for a more radiant glow. These are my 3 favourite picks with drugstore and high ends picks.
The Hourglass Ambient Lighting Powders are one of my favourite products in my collection, with it's finely milled powder it gives you the most beautiful glow. Radiant Light is a light peachy orange with shimmer that also smooths out your pores. The powders do have a little kickback but blends and build perfectly across your skin giving you a soft warm glow. It lasts all day long and looks better with wear. The only con is it's a little expensive.
Milani is a very affordable drugstore brand and their blushes are one of the best selling products. Warm Petals is a warm bronzey peach with shimmer however on the cheeks and swatches it has a satin finish so the shimmer is very minimal. These blushes have incredible pigmentation, are easy to blend but are a little powdery. It's very easy to go overboard with this shade especially if you have light or pale skin. It, however, does not fade on me.

The shimmering skin perfectors are technically a highlighter, but for lighter skin tones this is a beautiful radiant blush, Rose Gold is a beautiful light pink peach with rose gold reflect and gives you the most luminous glow swept across your cheeks. This formula is incredibly smooth and buildable and fades nicely throughout the day.

TOP TO BOTTOM: HOURGLASS RADIANT LIGHT, MILANI WARM PETALS, BECCA ROSE GOLD

With shimmering blushes I definitely recommend going in with a light hand, I personally reach for more coral and orange shades throughout the summer. Something I recommend with blushes is if you can get the mini size, purchase that as blushes are really hard to finish.

What blushers have you been reaching for?

Until next time!
