First empties of the year

It's that time where we talk about my trash and my overall thoughts on them. I have 9 skincare product skincare to share and whether I would repurchase them in the future.

Pixi Glow Tonic Cleansing Gel*
Formulated with one of the main ingredients popular in the 'glow tonic' toner, this is a cleansing gel with glycolic acid that helps exfoliate and cleanse at the same time. This is a non-foaming cleanser which is great for people who have sensitive skin like me. I use this as my second cleanse and it works beautifully helping me achieve glowy skin without stripping it to that squeaky clean state. I have reviewed this in my full post here.

Glow Recipe Watermelon Glow Ultra Fine Mist
I recently wrote a whole review of this and I have already repurchased it. I can't wait to use it again in my skincare and makeup routine. It leaves a lovely glow behind and smells heavenly.

111 Skin Y Theorem Repair Light NAC Y2
This was a lovely serum to use but in terms of targeting pigmentation and discolouration, I don't think it did much. It added nice hydration to my skin but I wouldn't repurchase this again.

Revolution Pink Clay Mask
Clay mask is a must-have for combination skin, I have loved using this mask and it made my skin less prone to breakouts, more smooth and less oily throughout the next day. It is a little heavily scented but is one of the best pink clay masks I have used. I have a whole review here.

Superdrug Brightening Hot Cloth Cleanser
It's been a while but I have used this up, this has been a firm favourite of mine again as a second cleanse, using my foreo device to give me a good 2-minute facial. Over time it has helped smooth and brighten my skin and also leaves it hydrated as it does not strip the skin. I already have a backup of this and have mentioned in this post here.

Pixi Vitamin C Tonic*
I loved this so much that I purchased the full-size bottle myself. This toner contains ferulic acid that helps protect your skin and vitamin C that helps brightens and smooth. My pigmentation has faded a lot faster and I love this as the first step of my skincare routine. This honestly smells amazing and I have a full review here. I've reused the bottle hence why it's not in the photo.

Pyunkang Yul Essence Toner
This is good for all skin type toner that has minimal but effective ingredients. It's hydrating and one of the best things about this is that you can layer this and is great for sensitive skin. If you are going through a breakout this toner is also gentle enough to use.  I would definitely repurchase this again in the future. Full review here.

Pixi Vitamin C Serum*
This Vitamin C serum has helped transform my skin and get rid of acne scars and pigmentation. Over a continued month the results were amazing, I used this in my daytime routine and it smells wonderful. The only bad thing was it oxidises quite quick in the bottle. Whole review here.

Pixi Vitamin C Lotion
This is a light gel-cream that is infused with vitamins that help brighten your skin. It was great for my combination skin and did not make it feel oily or greasy. It helped brighten my dull skin and is something I may repurchase in the future. I have a full review here.

That's all for my empties! Until next time!
