NIGHTTIME CLEANSING ROUTINE

Since moving to Hong Kong, my skin has changed a lot. I now have dry skin which causes dry patches hence exfoliating a lot more. My nighttime cleansing routine is a lot simpler than before.

CLEANSING OIL

I've stuck to the same cleansing oil from The Body Shop but I will be moving onto something else since it's so much more expensive in Hong Kong. It works out as £18 compared to £12. I do love using this to break down my makeup since it's so much gentler on the skin. It is a two-step process where you add water to create a milky texture which then I use a muslin cloth to wash off.

EXFOLIATOR

Since I have been getting dry patches, an exfoliator is a must. I'm currently using the St Ives Exfoliator which I am really enjoying, I use this mainly on my nose and even on my body. It smells wonderful and does such a great job at removing dead skin.

HOT CLOTH CLEANSER

I always use a hot cloth cleanser as my final step, it helps moisturise your skin while getting rid of any traces of makeup you might have left. With the muslin cloth, it's also a great gentle exfoliator. I swear by the Superdrug Radiant Hot Cloth Cleanser, it's good for my sensitive skin and does not sting my eyes. I also normally use my Foreo Cleansing device to really work the product into my skin. I need to pick up a few more when I head back to the UK.

Keeping this short and simple. What's your cleansing routine like or is mine too much?

Until next time!
