Week of masking

Back again with a week of masking, different weather calls for skin changes, see what products Ihave been reaching for.

Proto-col Collagen Face Mask, a thick cream mask with three different uses; a quick 10-minute application which then I wipe away, as a face cream at night and even as an overnight mask applying a thicker layer. This mask is very rich and I reach for this when I don't have time to quickly nip back into my room to apply my skincare products or when I need an instant hydration boost. It does have a floral scent but it smells very luxurious and it contains algae extra which helps reduce fine lines and wrinkles, neroli oil reducing the appearance of thread veins and scarring, zinc to help speed up the healing process and Jojoba oil.

Calendula Peel Off Pack, a peel of mask which helps unblock pores and pull out the nasties in your skin. Calendula helps soothe your skin and the floral oils inside help moisturise. This is a hyped product which I have reviewed here and I use this when I have dull or flaky skin. It helps reduce redness and gives me overall smoother complexion. If you are a fan of peel off masks I recommend this one to try out.

Mediheal N. M.F (Natural Moisturising Factor) Ampoule mask, this is a sheet mask containing sodium hyaluronate - a natural hyaluronic acid, witch hazel water to ease inflammation and soothe sensitive skin, allantoin and trehalose to enhance skin elasticity and give a tightening effect. This is my go-to sheet mask that helps with my dry and sensitive skin, my skin is plumper and moisturised the next morning and I only leave this on for the recommended time of 10- 20 minutes.

Glow Recipe Watermelon Glow Sleeping Mask, formulated with watermelon, hyaluronic acid and AHA to hydrate and smooth your skin. There are two different uses; as a peeling sleeping mask applying at night as the last step in your skincare routine and washing thoroughly the next morning. Or as a 10-minute wash off mask applying a generous layer which you then rinse away with warm water. This smells heavenly and feels incredibly silky when you apply onto your skin, I mainly use this as a sleeping mask and wash off in the morning leaving me with soft, hydrated and glowy.

That is all for my recent masking adventures, what masks have you been reaching for?

Until next time!
