New products I'm trying | Glow Recipe, Wishtrend

I love trying new products and these last few weeks I have been trialling: Wishtrend Vitamin C with Ferulic Acid*, Glow Recipe Avocado Melt Retinol Eye Sleeping Mask and Glow Recipe Watermelon Glow Lip Pop Balm

Vitamin C is fantastic for brightening your skin and combat against pigmentation. Ferulic Acid is antibacterial and maximises the effect of vitamin C. This has 15% vitamin c which may seem like a strong dosage if you aren't used to the percentage. The liquid has a slight tint and 4-5 drops are recommended for your entire face. The consistency is extremely watery and it does absorb quite fast into the skin. There is a little scent but not overwhelming. It's nice to use this in the morning and has a pipette applicator.

This has been on my wishlist for the longest time (see my wishlist here) and I picked up the Glow Recipe Glowpedia set and the full size of 34 ml was within the set. This is a gentle but powerful concoction. It is formulated with avocado, encapsulated retinol, coffeeberry and niacinamide. It helps moisturise, brighten, fight fine lines and depuff. I use a tiny amount and pat it in with my ring finger, my under eyes instantly feel hydrated and cool. I use this every other night to build up my tolerance to retinol.

This is an AHA lip treatment that turns from a scrub to a balm that hydrates and exfoliate your lips. It is packed with hydrating watermelon extract and coconut oil. It delivers a unique pop of pink depending on your PH level and the scent reminds me of Miss Sporty lipsticks. This is a hidden gem and I did not expect myself to like it so much.

What new products have you been trying out?

Until next time!
